Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.

Methods and delivery times

Express post takes 2–4 business days, Tipax courier 1–3 business days, and the Tehran courier arrives the same day (Tehran only). The cost of each is shown at checkout. Any free-delivery offer that is running shows in your bag and at payment.

Tracking

With your order number and mobile number you can see where your order is on the Track order page.

Orders from outside Iran

The online shop delivers within Iran. To order from another country, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened food items cannot be returned unless they are damaged.

How to request one

Leave us a message on the Contact page with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged or wrong, keep a photo of it. Once the item has reached us and been checked, its amount is refunded to you.
