The ASPANA story
A woman, a horse, and the herbs that calm
ASPANA grows from two old words — horse and refuge. It stands for a bond in which freedom and calm stand side by side.
We buy herbs from small Iranian growers, blend them by hand, and pack them in something worth keeping.

How to brew herbal tea in four steps
Brew herbal tea with water at 90–100 °C for 5–7 minutes in a covered vessel. Keep the lid on so the aromatic oils stay in the cup, then strain.

The woman and the horse in Persian art
From Shahnameh miniatures to Qajar tiles, the bond between woman and horse stands for loyalty, freedom and calm — the three feelings the ASPANA emblem is made of.

Herbal tea for workday afternoons
For the last hours of work, caffeine-free blends with mint, verbena or ginger are a good choice: they keep you present without disturbing your sleep.
