This page says what ASPANA keeps about you, why, and for how long.

What we record

When you order or sign up: your name, mobile number, delivery address, birthday (if you give it) and your orders. When you browse: the pages and products you open, when, your type of device and browser, your IP address and the approximate city it points to. If you are signed in, those pages are linked to your account.

Why

To deliver your order and follow it up; so support can see where something went wrong and help; for your loyalty points and tier; to send you discount codes and messages about your purchases; and to learn which products people look at most.

Who else sees it

Your name, number and address go to the courier, for delivery only. Text messages are sent through our SMS provider. Overall visit statistics are measured with Google Analytics. We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

The history of pages you viewed is kept for six months and then deleted automatically. Orders and account details stay for as long as your account is open.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart, your sign-in and the site language; the shop does not work without them. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you choose «Accept all» in the cookie notice; with «Essential only», statistics are sent without cookies and without identifying you. You can change your mind at any time under «Cookie settings» at the foot of every page.

Your choices

You can see and edit your details in your account at any time. To have your account deleted, or to stop promotional messages, just write to us.
