This page sets out the terms of buying from the ASPANA online shop (aspanahouse.com). Placing an order means accepting them.

Placing an order

You sign in with your mobile number to order. An order ships to the name, number and address you enter, so please make sure they are correct.

Prices

Prices are in Toman and include VAT. Shipping is separate and is shown before you pay; the amount at the payment step is the final amount of the order.

Payment

You pay by the methods shown at checkout, and the order is confirmed once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails but money has left your account, the bank returns it within 72 hours.

Availability

We keep stock on the site up to date. If an item cannot be shipped after you have paid, for any reason, we will contact you and refund that item.

Discount codes and the club

Each discount code has its own conditions, such as an end date, a minimum purchase and a number of uses, which are checked at payment. The rules for points and tiers are on the ASPANA Club page.

About the products

Product descriptions are based on the traditional use of herbs and do not replace medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use.

The texts, images and mark of ASPANA belong to ASPANA and may not be used without permission.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Each order is governed by the terms on the site when it was placed. These terms are subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
